What is the minimum order quantity?
Our most economical print run is 1000 each of four designs but we will print as few as 500 of one design. We’d love to discuss your needs in detail.
What is the standard size and thickness?
Our standard placemat size is 12′ x 17′ x 0.6mm thick (one of the thickest in the industry) with radius corners. We also make custom sizes and shapes to suit various needs, snackmats, posters, countermats, etc.
What are my options for proofs?
Digital proofs are available at no charge and are our most common proofing method. Physical proofs on paper or plastic generally run $50 – $100 each depending on quantity and timing.
How much extra to print on both sides?
We charge an additional $0.50 each to print on both sides. Double-sided, reversible mats have wide appeal in the market and an extra selling feature.
How long will my custom mats take?
We will have your custom printed mats to your door within 4-6 weeks with standard FREE SHIPPING or sooner with expedited shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
YES! All orders include FREE SHIPPING to one continental USA location. We also ship internationally at very competitive rates.
What are the payment terms?
You pay 50% down when the order is confirmed and the balance when your mats are ready to ship.
